Morning Feldenkrais Practice

After seeing how valuable the Feldenkrais in Practice study was for those who took part, I’ve been sitting with the idea of creating an short regular practice: a simple, realistic way to connect with yourself before the pace of the day begins.

What difference could building awareness a little at a time, three mornings a week, make for you?

What might you notice after a few weeks? Perhaps you’ll move with more ease, or find yourself holding less tension. Perhaps you’ll feel calmer, more grounded, or simply a little more like yourself as you begin the day. Small moments of awareness have a way of growing when we return to them.

We meet three times a week for a short, guided Feldenkrais exploration. The emphasis is on ease, awareness and curiosity rather than “doing” or achieving. The aim isn’t to fit more into your morning, but to arrive more fully in yourself before the day begins, and carry that quality of attention into whatever comes next.

How it works:

  • Five week series (15 lessons)
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • 8.00-8.15 am (UK time)
  • Live on Zoom
  • Recordings included if you can’t attend live or would like to revisit a lesson


Whether you’re new to Feldenkrais, looking for a regular movement practice, or wanting a calmer, more connected start to your day, you’re very welcome to join.
