Throughout the year I offer workshops and courses exploring specific themes in movement, learning, performance and wellbeing. Some are open to everyone, while others are designed for musicians, parents or Feldenkrais practitioners.

Starting 1st July, a practice to begin the day with awareness. Short 15 minute sessions invite you to slow down, notice, and explore before your day begins.
The series includes:

Classes & Workshops for Musicians via the Musicians’ Union
For MU members, I offer a weekly Friday morning Feldenkrais classes for musicians. And a monthly workshop on the last Friday of the month. Recordings will be available for those who can’t make the session.

Workshops for Musicians
I’ve worked with conservatoires, universities, ensembles, choirs and professional organisations.
I’ve been invited to teach and lecture at the Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Royal Northern College of Music, Oxford Brookes University, the Musicians’ Union, European String Teacher Association, and the British Army Band at Sandhurst.
Past workshops have included:
