1-to-1
One to one sessions are built around you, your specific needs, your requests.
We don’t just concentrate on the problem, but rather look for creative solutions that problem by involving more of you.
We’re looking for transformation, and learning, rather than a sticking plaster.
Workshops
In a workshops we can take a longer dive into the material.
Themes have included finding freedom in the back, shoulders or arms
For musicians we look at how you can support your playing or singing from whole your skeleton.
Weekly Classes (online)
Benefits of weekly classes include:
- Better breathing
- Improved posture
- More comfortable and mobile back and shoulders
- Reduction or loss of musculo-skeletal pain
